Amberly
Anyone moving to the Triangle area should check out the noteworthy Amberly Subdivision in Cary, North Carolina. The growth explosion the town of Cary saw in the late 1990’s provided the opportunity for Amberly. Amberly was set to be converted from 16 acres of farmland which has emerged to 1100 acres and has the potential to accommodate 5000 homes to date. The subdivision Amberly really didn’t start to develop until the mid-2000’s. When the economy in the Triangle stalled the development of Amberly stalled as well. There are now 2500 residential homes in Amberly with plans to continue the development.
